Does the hotel have a parking lot?
No, the hotel has no parking. You can park on the public parking aeras in Blankenberge.
Attention! On weekend, public holidays and school vacation, there is still pay parking.
Is the room cleaned every day and are the towels daily changed?
Your room will be provided with new towels and a small cleaning every other day. For environmental reasons, linen is changed on request. In the meantime you can always go to the reception for extra towels and toilet paper.

Are there towels and bed linen present?
Yes, 2 towels per person and bedding are present for the number of persons indicated in the booking confirmation.
Is it possible to get a cot?
Yes, you can request a cot for all rooms in the booking form by clicking on the option. The costs are € 10,-per night. NOTE: sheets for the cot are not included, you need to bring it yourself.
Is it safe to pay online with my credit card?
Yes, it is 100% safe to use your credit card to pay.

Do I receive directly a confirmation of my booking?
Yes, your booking is instantly confirmed online thru email. In the booking confirmation you will find the exact address of the hotel and a detailed overview of your booking.

You only pay for children older than 3 years
Can I get an invoice or voucher for my booking?
You will receive an invoice upon arrival at ApartHotel Blankenberge. The invoice including VAT and any other taxes.
Can I make a booking if I am younger than 18 years?
No, the person who makes the booking and signs must be 18 years or older.

What time can I check-in?
On the day of arrival you can check-in between 3 and 6 pm. Attention!: the reception close at 19:00 hrs and after this you are not able to check in anymore.
What time is the check-out?
You need to leave the apartment on the day of departure before 10.30 am.
Do I have to clean the room?
No you do not need to clean it, only if you have made use of an room with kitchen, you need to do the dishes.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes you can take your pet, up to 2 per room. The cost amounts: € 7,50 per pet per day.
May I smoke in the room?
Itis prohibited to smoke in the entire complex of Aparthotel
Blankenberge. Also it is prohibited to smoke in all rooms. All
apartments are equipped with smoke detectors that are directly connected
on the fire central. The fire brigade is automatically invoked if a
fire detector goes off. If this happens by smoking, the cost of € 750.00
is fully charged. Smoking is allowed on the balcony.
Are there any additional costs?
No, only additional services such as breakfast, baby bed and pets should be paid separately.
Can I pay in cash?
For safety reasons we give strong preference to payment by debit or credit card. This is of course free.
Should I make a deposit?
No, you paid the full subsistence allowance upon arrival.
Can I come to the door with the car?
Yes, you can ride on the dike to the door except in the months of July and August. Then the dike closed and you have to walk over the dike.
